08 February 2009:  Minor Personal Injury MVA on Interstate 81 at exit 48 at 04:57.

18 February 2009:  Mutual Aid to Evans Mills VFD for a structure fire, 00:14 hours, Main Street in the village.

03 March 2009:  Mutual Aid to Antwerp VFD for a structure fire, 13:04 hours, on County Route 28.

10 September 2009:  Chief-3 BJ Ahlstrom checking the scene to make sure the grass fire is out on State Route 342.

04 November 2009:  2 car serious personal injury accident, with dual entrapment, on Military Road. Both victims had to be cut out of their vehicles. Both were air-lifted to hospitals in Syracuse, NY.
