16 February 2008:  Mutual Aid to Evans Mills VFD for a barn fire, County Route 18 .

13 May 2008:  While mutual aid, standing by in Redwood VFD quarters, responded to a rollover MVA on State Route 37.

16 May 2008:  Car fire, State Route 37.  Race car caught on fire and was a complete loss.

12 June 2008:  Mutual aid to Theresa VFD for structure fire, Main Street.

25 July 2008:  Car Versus Deer Motor Vehicle Accident, on I-81 at mile-marker 165. The deer actually ended up in the back seat of the car!

27 July 2008:  Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident, on I-81 at mile-marker 161.
